Job Description :

We are looking for a talented Tableau Developer to create dynamic, insightful, and intuitive visual reports using Tableau. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, develop customized reports, and ensure data accuracy and integrity. This role involves building data models and visualizations to help the organization analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and design tailored solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality in all reports and dashboards.
• Conduct data analysis to uncover trends and patterns that drive business improvements.
• Work with large datasets, integrating multiple data sources (e.g., SQL, Excel, cloud-based data warehouses).
• Optimize Tableau workbooks for performance to ensure fast and effective dashboard loading.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes while supporting Tableau Prep workflows.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Tableau reports and dashboards, addressing issues and implementing updates.
• Stay updated on the latest features and best practices in Tableau and data visualization technologies.
• Train and assist end-users with Tableau functionality and promote best practices.
• Document Tableau reports, processes, and data models for future reference.
