Job Description :

We're seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM consultant to join our team. As a key member of our cloud solutions group, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

You will configure, implement, and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Recruitment, Learning, Talent Management, Payroll (UK Payroll), and Helpdesk. Your end-to-end testing skills will ensure accuracy and compliance in all aspects of the solution.

In addition, you will provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents within SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience in at least two or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud configurations, business processes, and best practices.
