Flutter Developer

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Flutter developer who will work directly with our Chief Technology Officer to assist in the development, testing, and launch of the Homes n Homies mobile and web platforms. An ideal candidate would be someone who has proficiency in the FlutterFlow platform . If you're a builder, a problem solver, and someone who enjoys working in a startup environment, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the CTO to execute and manage the product development roadmap.

Assist in coordinating with outsourced development teams and QA partners.

Conduct testing, bug tracking, and basic debugging of mobile / web platforms.

Document product workflows, user stories, and technical requirements.

Contribute ideas to improve UI / UX, performance, and feature set.

Monitor product KPIs and analytics to suggest actionable insights.

Conduct research on competitive apps, tools, and frameworks.

Who You Are

A student / graduate in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

A strong interest in startups, tech products, and problem-solving.

Understanding of Flutter for app development.

Familiarity with mobile app development framework platforms.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
