Key responsibilities :

• Prepare annual / quarterly process review plans for the company in line with organization strategy, risk assessment and ensuring adequate coverage and alignment with the stakeholders.
• Identify the areas of process strenghtening, standardisation and automation.
• Assist in strenghtening system controls and standardisati
• Maintains a working relationship with other teams and stakeholders in other finance pillars.Provides technical analysis and advice to key partners appropriate to experience, and working within the team to solve complex problems
• Evaluate and examine policies, procedure and system and enable proactive risk management and governance process
• Supports control and reporting compliance including support
• Conducting regular training on the key processes to educate users on the processes.
• Supports the audit process, liaising with external audit on appropriate workstreams
• Supports continual improvements in quality and efficiency of financial reporting processes, in collaboration with the wider finance team
