Airawath is an AI-powered SaaS gifting platform helping people discover meaningful, personalized gifts.
We’re looking for a Creative Head – Product Trend & Content Curation, someone who combines aesthetic taste, analytical sharpness, and emotional storytelling.
You’ll define how Airawath looks, feels, and communicates — from discovering trending products to crafting content that moves people.

What You’ll Do
- Lead Airawath’s creative direction — shaping brand tone, storytelling style, and visual personality across all channels.
- Scout trending, viral, and gift-worthy products daily via Amazon Movers & Shakers, TikTok Creative Center, Trend Hunter, and Google Trends.
- Evaluate each product for giftability, novelty, and emotional appeal, and map the right audience, persona, and occasion.
- Write compelling product blogs, stories, and captions that turn browsing into buying.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Digital Marketing teams to understand user psychology and craft content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Identify psychological triggers (joy, nostalgia, surprise, pride, belonging) that make products go viral — and use them in your campaigns.
- Guide video editors, designers, and copywriters to create cohesive, high-impact short-form and long-form content.
- Review analytics (CTR, engagement, conversions) and continuously evolve creative strategy.
- Maintain a weekly product trendboard and performance dashboard.
- (Future scope) Support Analytic Era’s operations and hiring content as we expand.
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years of experience in content creation, brand storytelling, or product marketing — ideally in a SaaS or product startup.Strong hands-on creative instincts — you can ideate, write, and direct content.Deep knowledge of consumer behavior and emotional marketing.Familiar with Amazon, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Google Trends.Analytical and data-aware — knows how to measure what’s resonating and why.Passion for gifting, products, lifestyle, and storytelling.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Degree in Psychology is a strong plus — understanding user emotions is key to this role.MBA / Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or similar preferred.✨ Why Join Airawath
