Job Summary
The Audience Solutions (AS) team at Research and Metric is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality research participants and maintaining overall panel health. As a Research Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring participant behavior and performance across our research panels, identifying fraudulent or low-quality activity, and enforcing quality standards to safeguard the client experience.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and consistency in applying data-driven criteria to participant behavior monitoring. By removing poor-quality participants, surfacing trends, and contributing to quality reporting, you will directly improve panel health, reduce risk to client research projects, and support long-term panel integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor participant data for compliance, fraudulent behavior, and quality risks across all research panels.
- Apply established guidelines and judgment to identify and flag suspicious or low-quality participants.
- Remove participants who do not meet quality standards, ensuring panel integrity and data reliability.
- Contribute to internal reporting on panel health, identifying patterns and trends that require escalation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support participant quality initiatives and continuous improvements.
- Document recurring participant quality issues and recommend updates to monitoring processes.
- Partner with Quality & Delivery leadership to refine metrics, escalation criteria, and workflows.
What Your Day May Look Like
Review dashboards and reports multiple times daily to detect anomalies in participant activity.Investigate flagged participants by reviewing performance data, test history, and feedback records.Remove fraudulent or non-compliant participants from the panel.Summarize findings and escalate trends to the Manager, Panel Quality & Delivery.Contribute to weekly / monthly panel health reporting by surfacing participant-related insights.Assist with ad-hoc quality investigations or urgent escalations impacting client research projects.Job Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Research, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.1+ years of professional experience, ideally in market research, UX testing, quality assurance, operations, or a data-driven role.Familiarity with online research panels, participant recruitment, or compliance monitoring is a plus.Experience using Excel and / or Google Sheets to analyze data and detect patterns.Skills

Comfortable navigating dashboards and productivity tools like Excel / Google Sheets.Experience with tools like Salesforce, Jira, PowerPoint, or project management systems is a plus.
