About This Role

We’re seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement for our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate understands sourcing for cafés / restaurants / hotels, manages vendor relationships effectively, and ensures cost-efficient, timely availability of all materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage procurement of food, beverages, consumables, kitchen equipment, and operational supplies.

Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to optimize cost and quality.

Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, GRNs, and inventory reports.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with operations for replenishment.

Ensure timely deliveries across units / outlets.

Conduct regular market research for pricing, new products, and supplier performance.

Work closely with the finance and operations team on budgeting and forecasting.

Implement procurement SOPs, cost controls, and compliance standards.

Support new outlet openings with sourcing of equipment and materials.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.

4+ years of procurement experience in hospitality (restaurants, cafés, hotels, QSR).

Strong vendor network and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of F&B sourcing, kitchen equipment, and consumables.

Familiarity with inventory software and purchase workflows.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Negotiable, based on experience.
