Role Description : Legal Intern

The Legal Intern will assist the firm’s advocates in litigation, research, drafting, and court-related work. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct legal research, including case law analysis, statutory interpretation, and preparing research notes.
• Draft petitions, applications, notices, agreements, written statements, and other legal documents.
• Assist in client meetings and help in developing case strategies.
• Support due diligence, compliance reviews, and legal issue assessments.
• Attend court proceedings at the Supreme Court, High Court, and District Courts; maintain case files and daily updates.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of designated tasks.
