Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a Guest Service Associate. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing outstanding guest service and customer service on a daily basis. Key tasks include handling reservations, assisting with guest inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
