Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a Guest Service Associate. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing outstanding guest service and customer service on a daily basis. Key tasks include handling reservations, assisting with guest inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Additionally, the role includes operating front desk duties, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining a high standard of communication with guests.

Qualifications

  • Guest Services, Guest Service, and Customer Service skills
  • Experience with handling Reservations
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • Previous hospitality experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred
