Role Overview

We are seeking a refined, proactive, and customer-centric professional to join our Delhi office as a Customer Service Representative .

This role requires someone who understands luxury service etiquette, communicates gracefully, and can handle global customers with poise and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

✨ Handle customer communication across Instagram, WhatsApp, phone & email

✨ Manage domestic & international orders, shipping coordination, returns / exchanges

✨ Liaise with warehouse & logistics to ensure seamless order fulfilment

✨ Maintain CRM & order systems with accuracy and attention to detail

✨ Deliver a warm, premium, solution-oriented experience to every customer

✨ Assist with marketplace queries (Amazon / Flipkart – preferred experience)

About You

✅ Excellent English communication (written & spoken)

✅ Prior experience in customer service (luxury / retail / fashion preferred)

✅ Social media messaging & e-commerce customer support experience

✅ Strong follow-up & coordination skills

✅ Calm, polished, customer-first approach

✅ Tech-savvy with basic CRM / order management knowledge
