Location : Mumbai (Work in Office)

Experience : Minimum 3 years in digital marketing agency sales

Compensation : ₹1,00,000 / month fixed + performance-based incentives (linked to monthly targets)

Are you a confident closer who knows how to pitch digital marketing services and win deals across India and global markets? We’re a fast-scaling agency with our own content platform ( looking for a Business Development Executive who understands agency life, can sell value (not just buzzwords), and wants to grow fast with a lean, sharp team. In this role, you’ll drive sales for both our core agency services and LYKSTAGE’s advertising inventory (ad slots, branded content placements, and creator partnerships).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sell LYKSTAGE advertising inventory — including ad slots, branded content placements, and creator partnerships — to clients seeking innovative ways to reach our platform’s audience.
  • Sell our agency’s core services like SEO, Paid Media, Web Development, Content, and Branding.
  • Identify, engage, and convert clients across India and abroad (US, SEA, etc.).
  • Handle inbound leads and drive outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Customize pitch decks and proposals based on client pain points and objectives.
  • Collaborate with strategy and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
  • Hit monthly sales targets (covering both agency services and LYKSTAGE inventory) to unlock performance bonuses.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, ideally at a digital marketing agency.
  • Proven ability to sell to both Indian and international clients; experience with US and Southeast Asian markets is a plus.
  • Comfortable pitching both marketing services and digital advertising inventory (such as platform ad slots, branded content, or sponsorships) with confidence and clarity.
  • Skilled at follow-ups, conducting discovery calls, and closing deals efficiently.
  • Target-driven, organized, and proactive, with excellent communication skills.
  • Bonus : Familiarity with influencer marketing or content platforms (like LYKSTAGE or similar) is an advantage.
