Primary Responsibilities :

• Delivery Leadership :  Plan, prioritize, and deliver user stories in an agile framework. Mentor multiple geographically dispersed teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely releases
• Technology Ownership and Innovation :  Own the technology stack (Java or J2EE, Angular, React, Microservices, Kafka, Spring Or Python, Flask, Django and MySQL, Mongo, Snowflake), continuously improve cloud-based applications, and integrate AI or ML solutions to address complex business requirements
• Compliance and Policy Adherence :  Uphold employment terms, company policies, and evolving business needs, including flexible work arrangements`
• Software Development Lifecycle :  Contribute to and oversee full SDLC activities - design, coding, testing, deployment, and automation - while enforcing best practices in code reviews and vulnerability assessments
• Quality and Troubleshooting :  Lead quality engineering efforts, support test automation, and resolve complex technical issues in distributed and dynamic environments
• Continuous Growth and Collaboration :  Foster learning, coach teams on new technologies, and partner effectively across time zones to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions
