Responsibilities include :
- Work towards maximization of customer conversions and engagement through analysis of past campaigns
and improvement of future Marketing Communications to customers.
Provide Analytics driven Insights to create and enhance campaign performance, work with campaign team to coordinate on insight to action, enabling better performance of the overall marketing analytics stackCreate POC's of new ideas, scale them into solutions, able to drive the team with technology, automation, and bring in new ideasUsing statistical tools to identify, analyze and interpret patterns and trends for diagnosis and predictionCoordinating with Data Engineering, Campaign management, and MarTech teams to ensure detailed analysis of Marketing performance.Setup process efficiencies in data analysis, mentor junior data :B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Quantitative fields5+ year work experience as Data Analyst / Scientist. Banking domain knowledge is mandatoryExperience as an Analytics Manager or Data Scientist with prior experience of leading or mentoring people, experience in Marketing / Campaign Analytics desirableHands on experience of SQL, Python, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of visualization tools is a plusHands on knowledge of Statistical / ML methods of Regression, Segmentation, Decision TreesMethodical and logical approach to problem solvingStrong Communication skills, Organizational abilities, and Stakeholder Management(ref : hirist.tech)
