What You’ll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
• Manage full-funnel performance : audiences, creatives, landing pages, budgets, and reports.
• Track and measure everything : pixels, UTMs, GA4 dashboards.
• Build campaign ideas for two verticals - experiences (lead gen, seat fills, partnerships) and merchandise (sales, gifting, repeat).
• Collaborate with design to turn insights into creative campaigns and ad copy that convert.
• Experiment fast : new hooks, offers, locations, creators - keep testing, keep learning.
• Support social content calendars and engagement boosts when needed.
• And sometimes, pitch in with other creative experiments - we’re a small, hands-on team that wears many hats and learns from every project.
