Key Responsibilities :

• Research, write, and edit blogs, whitepapers, case studies, product documentation, website copy, technical guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to create accurate and engaging technical content.
• Simplify complex technical topics (AI / ML, blockchain, SaaS, mobile apps, software development, etc.) into easy-to-understand content.
• Optimize content for SEO and ensure alignment with the brand's voice and tone.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' content strategies.
• Proofread and edit content to maintain high editorial standards.
• Work with the marketing team to create technical collateral for campaigns, social media, and newsletters.
