Job Mission You will act as an "internal founder," placed directly within the Founder's Office to drive the next phase of strategic growth. Your mission is to take full ownership of zero-to-one initiatives , leverage a multi-disciplinary skill set (Sales, Marketing, Product), and thrive in ambiguity to rapidly launch, test, and scale new ventures for Hoora.
Role Overview We are seeking a high-potential Ex-Founder or early team member with 2–3 years of intense startup experience. We value the lessons learned from both success and failure—the fire and grit to drive results is paramount. This is a strategic and highly hands-on role for someone who requires minimum inputs , can autonomously figure out things , and is passionate about building businesses from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Incubation & Execution (Zero-to-One) Full Ownership : Lead the ideation, validation, and end-to-end execution of zero-to-one product builds and new business verticals from concept to early traction.
Problem Solving : Take on high-impact strategic projects across Product, Go-to-Market (GTM), and Operations as prioritized by the CEO / Co-Founder.
Cross-Functional Pods : Rapidly build and lead temporary, cross-functional teams (including Engineering, Design, and Marketing) to bring new ideas to launch quickly.
2. Multi-Disciplinary Growth Revenue Generation : Drive early revenue by applying skills across Sales, E-commerce, and Content Marketing to achieve initial product-market fit.
Fundraising Support : Assist in crafting fundraising and partnership narratives, including research, developing pitch decks, and financial modeling.
Brand & PR : Execute quick-win strategies in Content Writing / Marketing and PR to establish early brand visibility for new ventures.
3. Autonomy & Ambiguity High Autonomy : Deliver high-quality output with minimum required inputs , demonstrating superior ability to structure ambiguous problems and define clear paths forward.
Data-Driven : Set up initial tracking (KPIs, metrics) and use experimentation to drive iterative product and GTM development.
Ideal Candidate Profile Experience (Mandatory) : 2–3 years of experience in product, strategy, or high-growth startup environments.
Ex-Founder / Early Team (Strong Preference) : Prior experience as a Founder or early team member who owned end-to-end business initiatives. We value candidates who show resilience and a relentless drive regardless of past outcomes.
Multi-Skilled : Demonstrated capability across key functions : Marketing, Sales, Fundraising, E-commerce, and Content / PR.
Mindset : High entrepreneurial drive , ability to thrive in ambiguity, and a "go-getter" attitude necessary for launching new ventures.
