12+ years of Hands-on experience supporting Red Hat Linux (6 / 7 / 8 / 9)

Experience on supporting HP, Dell x86 hardware platform.

Experience on supporting LEAPP in-place upgrade

Strong experience in Redhat Linux System Administration, Hardware troubleshooting, configuration, and performance monitoring and tuning.

Solid troubleshooting skills to triage with different technology partners.

Good communication skills - audience centric and adjustment to different audience levels

Understand SAN / NAS technology and experience to support server-side related issue.

Understand TCP / IP and ability to troubleshoot latency or performance issue.

Good-to-Have

RedHat Cluster Services Certification

Experience managing a large global environment consisting of 55,000 or more Linux virtual servers.

Documentation of what the lesson learned (Confluence Wiki Platform)

Understand and follow the ITIL incident / change / problem management process.

Experience supporting LVM is a plus.

Experience in supporting DMZ environment and IPsec.
