About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and versatile HR Generalist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience and will manage a broad spectrum of HR functions, including HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Compliance, Performance Management, and Learning & Development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys taking ownership, and can balance strategic initiatives with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end hiring : sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Maintain job postings across platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
• Conduct background verification and maintain recruitment documentation.
• Plan and execute structured onboarding, induction sessions, and joining formalities.
• Ensure timely creation of employee records and system setup for new hires.
