Role Summary :

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Talent Partner to be embedded with one of our most exciting clients in India. They're a premium, fast-scaling brand known for their innovation, culture, and commitment to excellence. You’ll be the driving force behind their hiring strategy, working inside their business as part of our Chapter 2 embedded model.

What You’ll Do :

• Work fully embedded within a cutting-edge client, acting as their internal Talent Partner.
• Own end-to-end hiring processes across multiple departments, from strategy to delivery.
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Use data and insights to guide decision-making and continuously optimise recruitment outcomes.
• Champion the use of modern tools, platforms, and AI to drive sourcing and hiring performance

💡 What You Bring :

Must have experience hiring for design and media roles.

 5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruiting across both generalist and technical roles.

 A sharp eye for talent and a consultative approach with stakeholders.

 A strategic mindset — you think beyond short-term hires

 Experience sourcing for high-growth, fast-paced environments.
