Job Summary :
We are seeking a seasoned Program Management professional to lead process improvements, tracking, and reporting for major programs across the organization.
Main Responsibilities :
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence through effective program management.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage stakeholder communication, risk tracking, and vendor relationships to ensure successful program delivery.
- Configure and manage project workflows, automations, and dashboards to support business goals.
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to inform business decisions.
- Partner with Finance, Engineering, and Product to drive strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications :
8+ years of experience in program or project management in technology environments.Strong skills in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Tableau.Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving business outcomes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field (or equivalent experience).
