About the Role

It includes Monitoring and control of entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.

Designation - Production Manager

Location - Tarapur

Responsibilities

Exp. of handling various novel organic reactions / synthesis in semi bulk scale (2500 L capacity) including hydrogenation / pressure reactions upto 60 bar

Min 5 yrs. experience in SCADA Operated chemical plant.

Capable to lead a team of 5 to 6 Chemists / 10 to 15 Operators

Exp. in preparing SOP’s, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ documents & liaison with Govt. Agencies Like FDA, Factory Inspector etc.

Experience in Speciality / Fine chemicals / Bulk drugs will be preferred.

Experience in handling MPCB & ETP

Knowledge of SAP preferred.

Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 22000 (HACCP), HAZOP & GMP

Contribute to production planning and budgeting

Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain a safe production environment

Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders

Qualifications

Ph.D. or M.Sc. in organic chemistry or Chemical Engineering from reputed university

Minimum 15-20 years of experience in chemical or pharmaceutical
