Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce implementations.
  • Write detailed and structured user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.

Required Skills :

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst .
  • Strong in requirement gathering, story writing, and Salesforce reporting / dashboards .
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Health Cloud modules .
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
