Job descriptionBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering. 7–15 years of hands-on experience in RFIC design using CMOS technology. Strong background in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (2.4GHz / 5GHz) design. Familiarity with tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, SpectreRF, and EM simulation tools. Solid understanding of RF system-level architecture and design trade-offs. Excellent analytical and communication skills.

About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced RF Design Lead with strong expertise in CMOS-based RFIC design. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Bluetooth and Wi-Fi transceiver design, and experience leading projects from concept through silicon validation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end RF design and integration of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi transceivers on CMOS process nodes.
- Architect and design RF blocks such as LNAs, Mixers, PLLs, PAs, and RF filters.
- Collaborate closely with analog, digital, and layout teams to ensure successful chip tape-out and bring-up.
- Perform simulation, verification, and lab validation of RF circuits.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across the RF design function.
