Experience & Skill Requirements :

  • 10 - 12 + years of experience in Contact Center technology
  • Solution design and implementation experience in Cloud Contact Center (Genesys Cloud CX / NICE CXone / Amazon Connect / Five9)
  • Must have worked on AI & Gen AI capabilities Contact Center's offer for self-service, augmentation and operational excellence
  • At least one Cloud Contact Center design and implementation experience is a must
  • Cloud Contact Center Architect certifications are preferred

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for Cloud Contact Center solution design (Genesys Cloud CX / NICE CXone / Amazon Connect / Five9)
  • Layout approach for integrating Cloud Contact Center platforms with Enterprise Business Applications
  • Conduct solution reviews to identify gaps and propose tangible recommendations
  • Ability to ensure the solution is in compliance with customer's security standards
  • Ability to callout risks (if any) at the early stage of the project
  • Mentor / guide implementation team
