Position : General Manager - Operations

Experience : 12+ Years

Location : Pacific Mall, Delhi

Job Summary :

Responsible for overseeing the overall operations, financial performance, and team management at Dave & Buster’s India, ensuring a seamless and engaging guest experience aligned with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Operations Management

Oversee daily F&B, arcade, and guest operations ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Maintain brand standards for service, hygiene, safety, and facility upkeep.

2. Financial Performance

Drive revenue growth, monitor budgets, and control operating costs.

Analyze financial reports to ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets.

3. Team Leadership & Development

Lead, train, and motivate departmental heads and frontline teams.

Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and engagement.

4. Guest Experience

Ensure consistent delivery of superior guest service across all areas.

Address escalated guest concerns promptly and implement feedback-based improvements.

5. Marketing & Business Development

Support promotional events, partnerships, and campaigns to boost footfall.

Identify new business opportunities and local tie-ups for revenue enhancement.

6. Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, brand SOPs, and safety protocols.

Maintain valid licenses and readiness for internal and external audits.

7. Reporting & Coordination

Submit periodic operational and financial performance reports to management.

Coordinate with corporate and brand teams for alignment on goals and standards.

Qualifications & Experience :

Graduate / Postgraduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

10–15 years’ experience in hospitality, F&B, or entertainment industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
