Skills : ITSM, CSM, UI Builder, Service Portal, Integrations, Scripting (JavaScript / Glide)

Experience Required : 6+ Years (Minimum 5 years relevant ServiceNow experience)

Location : Indore / Pune / Chennai / Bangalore (Remote option available for strong candidates)

Notice Period : Immediate to September Mid-Week Joiners Preferred

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, UI Builder, Service Portal, and Integrations . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in building scalable ServiceNow solutions, excellent scripting skills, and hands-on implementation experience across multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, Service Portal, and UI Builder .
  • Develop custom scripts (JavaScript / Glide) and workflows to enhance platform capabilities.
  • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (REST / SOAP APIs).
  • Customize modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Customer Service Management .
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and maintain documentation.
  • Support platform upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.

Must-Have Skills :

  • Strong hands-on experience in ITSM and CSM modules .
  • Expertise in UI Builder & Service Portal development .
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flows .
  • Experience with Integrations (REST / SOAP APIs) .
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
  • At least 2 ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or equivalent).

    • Qualification & Certification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA + CIS in ITSM / CSM / UI Builder) mandatory.
