Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Executive to manage client relationships, ensure smooth coordination between departments, and support business growth through excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and maintain client records, reports, and service updates.
  • Handle client communication professionally via calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Support business development and post-sales follow-up processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education : Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience : Minimum 3–5 years in client servicing, customer relations, or account management (B2B experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi .
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Energetic, organized, and client-focused.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.
