Sales Marketing Executive

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, generating leads, converting them into customers, and helping us achieve a target sales.

Key Responsibilities :

Achieve or exceed the monthly sales target through proactive selling and relationship building.

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels (digital, B2B, field sales, etc.).

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.

Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven experience in sales and marketing

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.

Ability to travel as needed.
