Job Responsibility :
- Create content relevant to employee learning
- Design and deliver training programs focused on enhancing soft skills
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and assessments
Training Delivery :
