Mindera - Quality Assurance Engineer - Salesforce Commerce Cloud

As a QA Engineer Salesforce Commerce Cloud, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test strategies to ensure quality across SFCC / SFRA applications. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to identify issues early and maintain high product standards. You will also play a key role in improving automation coverage, optimizing test frameworks, and ensuring that all releases meet functional and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC / SFRA) implementations.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across multiple environments.
• Validate SFRA storefronts, pipelines, controllers, ISML templates, and integrations with third-party APIs or services.
• Work closely with development teams to understand requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects in issue-tracking systems such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with automation teams to enhance test automation coverage and CI / CD integration.
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent customer experience across platforms.
• Validate data flows, payment gateways, catalog management, and order lifecycle processes within SFCC.
• Ensure that all code deployments meet performance and stability benchmarks before release.
• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups as part of an Agile team.
