TCS is hiring for Siebel CRM (Support)

Location : MUMBAI / HYDERABAD

Exp : 5 to 10 years

Must-Have

Siebel CRM 7.x and 8.x implementation for Order Management, Assurance and Account Management.
Support of Siebel 7.x and 8.x applications
Siebel Configuration, Workflows, EAI, EBC, Web Services, VBC, Assignment Rules, e-Script, Product configuration, Open UI

Good-to-Have

Should have Siebel EIM knowledge.

Should have PL / SQL, Shell Script, Unix skill set

Prior exposure to middle east geography will be a plus

Prior exposure to Telecom Order management

Educational Qualifications : BE (any discipline).

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Excellent Communication and Articulation Skills

System Design Expertise

Understanding of Telecom business processes

Result Orientation to close the design

Eyes for details – follow up tracking
