Security & Identity Orchestration Expert

We are seeking experienced IAM professionals for one of our esteemed clients. The role requires strong expertise in security orchestration, identity workflows and CyberArk technologies.

Role Description

Serve as a technical authority to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-wide identity and security workflows. Apply deep expertise in CyberArk Identity Flows, privileged access management, and SCA Workflow Process Management (WPM) to drive secure automation, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and orchestrate end-to-end identity workflows using CyberArk Identity Flows and related automation tools.
• Architect and maintain scalable, secure PAM solutions using CyberArk’s PAS suite, including Central Policy Manager (CPM), PVWA, PSM, and PTA.
• Lead SCA WPM process optimization initiatives by analysing, documenting, and enhancing security workflows and controls
• Manage and deliver complex security projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, risk evaluation, and stakeholder coordination
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to integrate identity orchestration, automate onboarding / offboarding, and strengthen privileged governance
• Implement adaptive, risk-driven workflows triggered by identity events and develop custom connectors for seamless data and process integration across HR, IT, and application ecosystems
• Oversee incident response processes and drive continuous improvements across IAM systems
