Responsibilities involve setting up and monitoring casting machines, performing quality checks on parts, adhering to safety protocols, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and optimize processes.

Handle all related documentation, including production SOPs and process parameters.

Inspect finished castings for defects and ensure they meet specifications. Implement quality control measures and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Monitor the production process for efficiency and quality. Drive continuous improvement using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
