Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and candidate experience initiatives across business and functional roles.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand future talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Streamline and enhance operational processes to ensure a consistent, scalable, and high-quality recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with recruitment vendors, including evaluating new partners and solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team — setting performance goals, tracking progress, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition strategies , aligning recruitment direction with overall workforce planning and organizational objectives.
- Foster a culture of open communication and continuous coaching at all levels.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on management of recruitment operations.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and business conduct.
