Location : Gurgaon Office (In-office, 5 days a week)

LaFetch is building how India discovers and shops fashion.
We bring together the coolest homegrown brands — curated with care and delivered in 60 minutes across Delhi NCR.
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist — someone who can think big, move fast, and execute ideas that make noise. From scripting YouTube videos to spotting the next trend before it blows up, you’ll be the bridge between brand storytelling and performance-driven marketing .

What You’ll Do :
- Plan and manage monthly YouTube content calendars that align with brand and campaign goals.
- Ideate, script, and reference content for YouTube and other social platforms.
- Coordinate with the video editing team for edits, post-production, and publishing timelines.
- Be comfortable in front of the camera — whether hosting, narrating, or appearing in short-form videos.
- Identify and leverage trends across pop culture, fashion, and creator content.
- Conduct post-performance analysis to measure growth, engagement, and audience insights.
- Act as a creative bridge between the brand and marketing teams , ensuring every campaign goes live with the right assets across the LaFetch app and website .
- Collaborate with internal teams for shoots, concept decks, and creative reviews.
