Laboratory Technician (Soil & Concrete Testing)

Role:

Perform laboratory and field testing on soil, concrete, and aggregates to ensure materials meet project specifications and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, prepare, and test soil & concrete samples
• Conduct slump, air content, compressive strength, and cube/cylinder tests
• Perform Proctor, sieve analysis, Atterberg limits, moisture & field density tests
• Operate compression testing machines and lab equipment
• Record and report results as per ASTM / BS / AASHTO standards
• Maintain lab safety, calibration, and housekeeping

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in concrete & soil testing
• Knowledge of ASTM, BS, AASHTO standards
• Experience with lab & field testing equipment
• Willing to work as per site / concrete pour schedules
• Diploma / Certificate in Civil or related field
