Junior Ecommerce Executive

We are looking for an experienced Junior E-commerce Executive to oversee our online sales operations across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ecommerce management, driving sales, optimising listings, and leading a small team to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities -

E-commerce Listing : Oversee the entire e-commerce process, from product listing to order fulfilment, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Platform Management : Manage and optimise online stores on Amazon, Flipkart, WordPress, and GeM (Government e-Marketplace), ensuring compliance with platform-specific guidelines.

Listing, Catalogue, and Product Descriptions : Create and maintain compelling product listings, catalogues, and descriptions to enhance visibility and conversion rates.

Packaging : Oversee packaging processes to ensure products are delivered in excellent condition, adhering to brand standards and platform requirements.

Vendor and Artist Communication : Manage relationships with vendors and artists, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and quality control.

Qualifications -

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Previous experience in an e-commerce or retail environment is a bonus.

Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
