Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :
The SCM Financial Analyst is responsible for financial forecasting, analysis, controlling and cost management for end-to-end SCM costs, and provides tailored key performance indicators for performance management.
As a business partner, we enable fact-based decision making, best practice sharing, and continuous process improvement by big data analysis, creating transparency on impact and dependencies of core cost and service drivers. We derive corresponding solutions through application of state-of-the-art analytical tools and business expertise.
Key Responsibilities :
- Be a member of EM SCM Finance team to control supply chain costs. Tasks including budgeting, rolling forecasting, monthly reporting, variation analysis and financial analysis.
- Be a strong data analyst and through big data files and system data from SAP, CFIN, MicroStrategy as well as various vendors where necessary to generate insights and recommendations for cost improvement or service improvement opportunities.
- Share the result of GAP analysis and provide the root cause / clues / views of underperformance and provide suggestions and solutions for performance improvement.
- Be familiar with end-to-end supply chain operational flow and closely monitor both the fixed and variable costs related to supply chain management and clearly understand the drivers behind costs fluctuation.
- Ensure transparency on business performance drivers and building sustainable performance management culture within the group functions.
- Enhance and improve working methods for day-to-day processes and systems.
- Contribute or drive global and local initiatives. Create transparency by tracking the financial impact and make recommendations from lessons learned.
- Develop and implement adequate and aligned communication packages to present results, recommendations, and solutions.

EM Supply Chain Management Operation team including Country SCM teams, Inbound and Outbound logistics, etc.Global SCM Finance team.EM HR team including Regional and Country HR teams.Knowledge Skills and Abilities :
University degree preferably in Data Analysis, Finance, Economics, or Logistics-related major.2+ years of work experience in analysis-related fields.Knowledge of data analysis tools and system language, such as Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, R, Python, SQL, etc., is preferred.Strong logical thinking, quick learner, and ability to work under pressure.Advanced MS Excel (VBA and Macro preferred) and PPT skills.Understanding of the interactions and dynamics within an international organization.Fluent in written and spoken English.COURAGE : Speak up when you see an opportunity; step up when you see a need.
