We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in managing financial records, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with or for Canadian clients and a good understanding of Canadian accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and ledgers
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage AP / AR, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Work with accounting software (QuickBooks is a Must)
- Leverage AI-based tools to automate bookkeeping and reporting tasks (Dext, Botkeeper, Zeni, Vic.ai, Suvit, etc)
