Who We’re Looking For :

We are seeking visionary ESG & Green IT Advisors who can bridge sustainability strategy with technology transformation. You will collaborate directly with Aparna Kumar and client leadership teams to design and implement ESG-aligned IT frameworks , develop Green IT roadmaps, and embed carbon-conscious practices into enterprise digital ecosystems.

This role will be central in advising clients on energy-efficient cloud adoption, IT carbon tracking, ESG compliance, and Green Data Centre strategies , helping enterprises achieve measurable sustainability impact while maintaining technology competitiveness.

Engagement Model :

  • Retainership or Contractual basis
  • Duration : 12 to 36 months per engagement (extendable based on project continuity and ESG program evolution)
  • Flexible hybrid model – remote consulting with periodic client engagement
  • Nexora provides complete sales, pre-sales, and delivery governance through its business development and operations teams

    • Earning Potential :

    ESG & Green IT Advisors typically earn ₹18–25 lakhs annually , based on engagement scope and client portfolio. With Nexora’s growing focus on sustainability consulting and enterprise partnerships, advisors can expect 2–4 long-term ESG transformation engagements annually.

    Ideal Profile :

  • 8–15 years of experience in ESG consulting, sustainability strategy, or Green IT transformation
  • Strong understanding of ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP) and their relevance to IT
  • Knowledge of Green Cloud architectures, IT carbon footprint reduction, and energy-efficient data centre practices
  • Experience developing sustainable procurement and Green IT governance models
  • Ability to align technology modernisation with ESG and CSR objectives
  • Passionate about enabling organisations to adopt responsible, inclusive, and sustainable innovation
