Responsibilities :
Oversee complex data collection, defining requirements, optimizing the web analytics framework, and ensuring data quality / governance
Capture necessary web data, oversee tagging implementation, and support marketing integrations (Adobe Launch)
Test and validate new tags audit and maintain existing tags
Maintain robust processes and KPI framework to ensure data quality / governance
Support web analytics architecture and data layer, continuing to build / mature analytics solutions
Stay informed on new analytics trends and raise enhancement suggestions to the team (privacy laws, cookie-less tracking, new software etc.)
Additional Responsibilities :
Adobe Analytics Developer Certification
Adobe Suite (including Marketo, AEM, Tag Manager), Decibel Insights (or other session replay), Qualtrics (or other site survey)
GA4 and Google Tag Manager
Prior Web SDK implementation
Customer Data Platform experience to shape future data strategy at Waters
Experience working in an agile environment
Technical and Professional Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing, or other quantitative discipline
Deep knowledge of website tagging and analytics platforms with at least 2+ years previous use of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Launch with an emphasis on software implementation, maintenance, and tagging best practices
JavaScript / Jquery in support of tagging and third-party marketing tracketing
Successful track record of providing strategic recommendations to optimize the digital customer experience (B2B experience is a plus)
Proficient Office 365 (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
