Role Overview

The Corporate TA Intern will assist the HR & TA team in end-to-end recruitment activities across various corporate functions such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, Design, E-commerce, Retail, and Supply Chain. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hiring, people processes, and building strong candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Hiring & Sourcing

• Source relevant profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals
• Screen resumes based on role requirements and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
