Job description

We are seeking proactive Sales Executives Real Estate Consultant to drive sales and foster client relationships. You will be responsible for generating sales from existing customers and developing new opportunities within an assigned territory. This role involves scheduling and conducting weekly sales meetings, achieving targets, reporting on sales activities, and maintaining a strong customer base through direct interactions and site visits.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Generate sales with existing customers and develop opportunities with new customers within an assigned territory.
  • Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
  • Achieve sales targets and goals set for your area.
  • Report on sales activities and progress to top management.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand your customer base through continuous engagement.
  • Listen to customer requirements attentively and present solutions appropriately as per client needs.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with customers via direct meetings, telephone calls, and e-mails.
  • Organize and accompany prospective customers on site visits, ensuring they are briefed in detail about the project.
  • Demonstrate initiative and strong problem-solving skills in all sales activities.

Skills Requirement :

  • Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to generate and close deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Ability to effectively present information and conduct detailed project briefings.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and schedule meetings.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused approach with a dedication to understanding and meeting client requirements.
  • QUALIFICATION :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
