Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tiruchirappalli for a Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Supervisor. The HVAC Supervisor will oversee daily operations, including supervising HVAC projects and technicians, managing preventive maintenance tasks, and ensuring timely completion of hvac projects. The role also involves maintaining high-quality service standards to meet customer satisfaction and adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong supervisory skills, including team management and task delegation.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in HVAC systems, executing installation projects, and managing hvac projects.
• Knowledge of hvac techniques and operational efficiency best practices in HVAC systems.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and address client needs efficiently.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to safety standards.
• Relevant certification or training in HVAC or related fields is a plus.
• Prior experience in overseeing HVAC services in commercial and residential setups is highly desirable.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
