Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Project Manager based in Hyderabad. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating construction projects, managing budgets, overseeing project management tasks, and ensuring successful execution of construction activities. The individual will also be in charge of collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

• Project Management skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Hyderabad
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in real estate or construction industry is a must
