Description : Job Purpose.
The Content & Copywriting Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing all written communication for Loom Solars brand across digital and offline channels.
The role aims to drive engagement, enhance brand storytelling, and support marketing campaigns through impactful and SEO-driven content.
Key Strategy & Planning :
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand positioning and business goals.
- Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars for website, blogs, social media, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, design, product) to identify content opportunities.
Copywriting & Content Creation :
Write, edit, and proofread clear, concise, and engaging content for :Website & landing pages.Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter / X).Email campaigns & newsletters.Product descriptions, brochures, and catalogues.Ad campaigns (Google, Meta, Print, and OOH).Create compelling narratives that resonate with B2C and B2B audiences in the solar energy industry.SEO & Digital Optimization :
Research keywords and integrate SEO best practices into blogs and web content.Optimize website content for organic reach and ranking.Track content performance through analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush).Brand Communication & Tone :
Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content platforms.Ensure all content aligns with Loom Solars mission of clean, green, and sustainable energy innovation.Write persuasive ad copies that drive conversions and sales.Team & Collaboration :
Supervise and mentor junior writers, freelancers, and creative contributors.Coordinate with the design and digital marketing teams for campaign execution.Manage external content vendors or agencies if Skills & Competencies :Excellent command of English written and verbal communication.Strong storytelling and creative writing abilities.Expertise in SEO writing, keyword research, and content analytics.Hands-on experience with social media content strategy.Knowledge of digital marketing, paid ads, and branding.Time management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.Proficiency with tools like Google Docs, Grammarly, Canva, WordPress, Zoho, SEMrush, and ChatGPT (or similar AI tools).Educational Qualification :
Bachelors or Masters Degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.Experience Required :
5 - 8 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or brand communication.Prior experience in renewable energy, e-commerce, or technology sectors preferred.Proven portfolio of written content, ad copies, or campaigns.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Website traffic growth and engagement rate.SEO ranking improvements and keyword performance.Campaign conversion rates (CTR, CVR).Social media engagement and follower growth.Brand tone consistency and quality score in content audits.Employment Type : Full-time | Work Mode : On-site.
