Key Responsibilities

Source talent through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (job posting, interviews, selection, onboarding)

Handle hiring requirements across all levels

Support and manage end-to-end HR processes (documentation, employee relations, compliance, etc.)

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline (HR specialisation preferred)

Solid 3–4 years of HR experience (recruitment + HR operations)

Strong communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

Excellent skills in Talent Sourcing, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition
