Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Team Leader- Residential located in Gurugram. As a Team Leader, you will oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the residential team, ensuring efficient processes, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Certifications in real estate or leadership training are a plus
