Build the label’s marketing channels from scratch - YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat and more, defining the voice, look, and presence across all platforms.
Create and manage content calendars to promote new releases and artist stories.
Shoot and produce content with artists — from reels and short-form videos to behind-the-scenes moments.
Drive growth strategies (both paid and organic) to expand reach and increase engagement.
Work closely with artists on cross-pollination and collaborations, leveraging their networks.
Lead digital PR and influencer strategies to maximize visibility.
Establish community touchpoints across Discord, WhatsApp, Reddit, and other platforms.
Bring cultural insights into every campaign to keep the label connected to the scene.
What We’re Looking For
4–5 years of hands-on experience in music marketing.
Strong knowledge of digital platforms, youth culture, and the creator economy.
Ability to ideate, shoot, and execute content with agility.
Someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with artists and their journeys.
Strategic mindset : able to make an impact with both big and lean budgets.
