Your Role

• Analyzes R&D functions' current and future technology needs, recommending suitable informatics solutions
• Analyzes and supports the design and optimization of R&D functional processes, implements process improvements in the systems
• Collects information from SMEs, documents business requirements, and translates them into technical requirements
• Implements process / workflow design(s) (incl. necessary business process analyses and data integration from external parties)
• Supports the Business Partner in business case preparation
• Supports the System Owner in solution design, creating functional specifications
• Prepares system user training guides
• Designs and implements EVA pages for our Veeva Vault systems as key elements of the information strategy for team members and stakeholders
• Continuously informs system users about latest updates regarding our Veeva Vault systems, corresponding training materials, contact persons, newsletters, and links to related pages
• Ensures appealing design of created contents as well as their adherence to the Company Branding Guidelines
• Higher degree in a scientific discipline (e.g. computer science, engineering, natural sciences, pharmacy, and / or business administration) or related work experience in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry
• Good document and / or data management background
• Trained in technology project management methods and standards
• Sound knowledge of the pharmaceutical market
